Bio Bart Wijnen:
Over 20 years of experience in the HR and IT business Bart is known with a variety of the HR perspective within the Randstad Groep. In his career at Randstad Groep Nederland he worked on applying, planning, talent and client on boarding and connecting client systems with the applications used by the Randstad Groep Nederland. Randstad is the world’s leading talent company and a partner of choice to clients. In 2023, in our 39 markets, we helped about 2 million people find a job and advised over 200,000 clients on their talent needs. During the last years Bart worked as a migration analyst so the data can be used in a global used application.  

Expectations:
Out of the Randstad core values Bart works always with the simultaneous promotion of all interests in his mind. These interests generate different perspectives on how the BA's migration work. This will be a real live story based on the experiences of a migration BA in a project to migrate data from a Dutch system to a global run application.
